The company is justifiably proud of its achievements in Health and Safety through the development of our Integrated QSHE management system. The system is designed to enable line management to fulfill their roles in QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental) by making each and every person in our team accountable for their own and others’ Health and Safety. This creates an improved culture throughout the business, fostering behavioral changes in the attitude of our team towards QSHE.
We hold safety as a value, not a priority, because priorities change, but values do not! The ultimate responsibility for QSHE lies with the Managing Director, who ensures it is given equal priority with other major business issues. The implementation of the policy and the safety management system is a line management responsibility and involves the participation of all employees within the company.
We continually review our QSHE strategies and constantly look for new innovative ideas to improve our management system. Objectives and Targets are established annually and reviewed monthly to assess their status. Information is fed back into the company so all employees are aware, creating an environment built upon trust and respect, where everyone is an equal partner in the company.
Technical Access Services is certified to ISO 45001, the internationally recognized certification for occupational health and safety management systems. This certification demonstrates ‘Technical Access Services’ commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.

Technical Access Services is no exception, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees by consistently identifying and controlling health and safety risks, and reducing the potential for accidents.
To achieve this accreditation we have put in place a comprehensive and effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which is continually assessed and improved to ensure all employees work in safe manner, by providing the correct and necessary tools to create a safe and healthy environment.

We have set ourselves targets and objectives which are monitored monthly to assess our progress. The company will endeavour to conduct its operations in an environmentally friendly manner, playing our part in making tomorrow a better place for everyone today.
The company will work with our clients, customers and suppliers in managing and reducing waste by promoting a culture to reduce, re-use and recycle. Technical Access Services are continually improving our environmental performance, by identifying and assessing environmental aspects and taking the necessary controls to reduce our environmental impact. This leads to a reduction in waste and operating costs, and ensures we are compliant with environmental legislation.
